列王记下：以利沙帮人抛木头浮起斧头(0/0)

【王下6:1】 先知门徒对以利沙说，看哪，我们同你所住的地方过于窄小，
And the sons of the prophets said unto Elisha, Behold now, the place where we dwell with thee is too strait for us.
【王下6:2】 求你容我们往约旦河去，各人从那里取一根木料建造房屋居住。他说，你们去吧。
Let us go, we pray thee, unto Jordan, and take thence every man a beam, and let us make us a place there, where we may dwell. And he answered, Go ye.
【王下6:3】 有一人说，求你与仆人同去。回答说，我可以去。
And one said, Be content, I pray thee, and go with thy servants. And he answered, I will go.
【王下6:4】 于是以利沙与他们同去。到了约旦河，就砍伐树木。
So he went with them. And when they came to Jordan, they cut down wood.
【王下6:5】 有一人砍树的时候，斧头掉在水里，他就呼叫说，哀哉。我主阿，这斧子是借的。
But as one was felling a beam, the axe head fell into the water: and he cried, and said, Alas, master! for it was borrowed.
【王下6:6】 神人问说，掉在哪里了。他将那地方指给以利沙看。以利沙砍了一根木头，抛在水里，斧头就漂上来了。
And the man of God said, Where fell it? And he showed him the place. And he cut down a stick, and cast it in thither; and the iron did swim.
【王下6:7】 以利沙说，拿起来吧。那人就伸手拿起来了。
Therefore said he, Take it up to thee. And he put out his hand, and took it.
